Check the hold open washer at the top of the door closer.
Check if anything in the sliding track.
Are your blinds travelling incorrectly eg. in and out or up and down randomly or not working at all?
Tip 1: Recharge the motor or remote.
Tip2: If you utilise a 5-channel timer remote or the app, check if a timer may have been accidentally set to activate.
Tip 3: Try replacing the motor or remote.
Check if blinds/awning in stepper mode.
Use remote instruction to change back to normal mode.
Check the chain control (on the chain end) if it is broken, you can order a replacement in spare parts.
Check the cord lock is working, if not you can order an alternate one in spare parts.
